Construction Details:

The wig took a lot of time. I stubbed it and covered foam eggs with hair and made a bunch of wefts for the poof. The boot covers weren't great, but they were stretch fabric over the base boot with craft foam in the top. I used a pattern for the leotard, and I winged the gloves, skirt, and collar. The hip rolls are stretch fabric over some foam that I sewed into tube shapes. The twinkle bell took a lot of time! It's mostly paperclay over foam and wire ect. that I sanded a bunch.

Styling Notes

this just took a lot of patience and hot glue. And about a can of hairspray too.
