Construction Details:

Skirt made of quilters cotton and fuisable stuff. (I can't remember the name!) the details are all top stitched.
Boot covers made of stretch PVC and dog collar buckles! (Super cheap at the dollar store!)
Umbrella is a regular umbrella from Walmart, I top stitched the horns, square flaps and eyes onto it.

Personal Thoughts:

I am such a One Piece junkie. My usual go-to character is Nami, but I decided I wanted to be an obnoxious ghost-princess!
