Construction Details:

The entire uniform is made of polyester, it took around 24 hours to complete.
My halo is funfoam, on a thin set of wires to look as if it's hovering.

Excalibolg has gone through several remodels.
Version 1- Bat made with insulation foam, short-fiber fiberglass resin, model magic, automotive resin.

Version 2- Bat from previous version, spikes smashed off, spikes made of paper mache, expanding foam, resin.

Personal Thoughts:

This is one of my favorite costumes I've made to date.
I'm constantly reworking Excalibolg though, because I never like the way it looks!
