A fully lined weird tail coat thing and matching pants. The boots are the same ones that I wore for Ludwig II -- it seems that I am getting used to wearing them now =__=;.
- Personal Thoughts:
- I've been waiting to do Wil for a very long time now. I decided to put together a couple different parts of different outfits, and used the color scheme of the only color picture of Wil.
