Construction Details:

Dress/top/tunic thing is made a spandex and pattern was drafted by me. The lace appliqué was made from lace fabric, cut-up and hand sewn into place. Acrylic gems were glued to give it a little glitz. Pants were made of this neato black stretch twill, with grey inside panels.

Harness is made from leather scraps and then cut into strips. Sewed together and then added little gear/steam details.

Goggles and leg strap were from Duela costume.
Wig is my Trish wig re-styled for this. Added batting for the hair bump and red curled extensions were pinned into place.

Big bad ass gun borrowed from the prop selection at the photo setup. :)

Personal Thoughts:

I wanted to try and make a steampunk outfit that didn't have a corset+skirt combo. While I love that combo, I wanted to challenge myself. So far this one is my favorite steam outfit I've made. :)
