Construction Details:

The wig is the same wig I use for Athena and Alice. I purchased a top hat, shoes, a bikini bottom, and knee high socks. The jacket was made of black and red gabardine, red bias tape, and buttons (which I had to paint). The vest was made of kona cotton, bias tape, and buttons. I wore a black tank top underneath. The staff was made of PVC pipe, styrofoam, paper mache, spray paint, and wire.
