Construction Details:

The concept design for the costume was mine. I went with what I thought most closely resembled an anthropomorphized version of the character. The dress was made out of a blue and black satin, with a star like material for the "tail". The moon on the chest and two cutie marks on the side were all hand-embroidered. The wings were bought as white and then painted blue. I made the horn and painted the tiara. The horn is held up by a headband screwed underneath the wig.
