Construction Details:

I took a old navy sweatshirt and cut the sleeves off, along with part of the bottom. I then attached white felt around the end of the sleeves, and fur to the top of the sweater. I bunched stuffing up into the fur on the back upper part of the sweater to give it a hood like look like her sweater does.
The belt was cut from brown fur fabric I bought at Joann's and fur was hot glued around the edges. The blue tie/sash then was placed near the top of the fabric and the brown fabric overlapped it, and then hot glued down.
Boots were made form my old uggs. I just hot glued the brown strap and fur onto it.
The pants were old sweats which just have a blue triangle hot glued to the front of them.
Hair ties are made out of felt (front ones.) with velcro. Back pony tail holder is made out of paper towl roll and covered in felt which then attaches to my hair with a hair pin.

Personal Thoughts:

Was wanting to cosplaying some one from The Legend of Korra that was a bender and who else to be other than the Avatar herself?
