Construction Details:

The skirt is 4 yards of 90" navy flocked taffeta, all bustled up around my butt! IT has an elastic waistband for extra comfort. The blouse is black taffeta with gold trim, and silver snaps in the front. The blouse is also boned. The belted harness is 3 belts combined using grommets and act as the harness for the radio backpack I'll eventually have a decent photo of! The gun is a modified Nerf gun, and in my right hand I have a modified toy rifle. The goggles are purchased, but I replaced the elastic strap with a pleather one and brass studs. I just styled my hair a side messy bun and added purple extensions here and there.

Personal Thoughts:

This costume is only part way done, but isn't Steampunk a constant evolving idea anyways? I'm very please with how it has turned out at this point though!
