Construction Details:

The skirt is knife pleated in cotton, with a zipper in the back. The top is actually a regular button up blouse, that I added longer sleeves to, shortened, and added the band at the bottom. I also added the lace-up piece in the front, that is just Velcro-ed on. The collar I added in as well in matching cotton as the skirt.

Personal Thoughts:

I love this costume! I had so much fun wearing it! I can't wait to wear it again!
