Construction Details:

I found a beautiful blue-black weave fabric that I fell in love with and found perfect for this cosplay. (I really couldn't choose between black or dark dark navy for this gown.)

The skirt part is a giant gathered rectangle. The blue on top is a light satin in a semi-circle shape with ruffled edges. The light blue on top is a rectangle that is pleated and gathered to drape.

The corset is something I still want to remake properly and rewear again in the future since I made this when I was still relatively new to sewing.
