Construction Details:

I purchased dancers material I forget what it's called at this point in time. I used the white base and a ice skaters pattern to make the suit. I used left over hearts from my Panty cosplay to use on Sailor Moon's brooch. I also used left over material from Panty's red dress for the breast bow and gloves. I purchased a crystal flower thing when shopping for the lace. Turned out pretty well.
Used a night light black material for the skirt and gathered it. Added a bit of extra lace trim.
I added my own extra details such as kitty ears as opposed to the bubbles on the odangos and stripped thigh highs.

Personal Thoughts:
