Construction Details:

made with spandex to mimic the music video, used Green Pepper brand pattern 517-(Crystal Lake Skating outfit). There is batting in the bust armor to give it a padded look, cording in the skirt roll, gloves, and shoulder bands, the bows are layer rectangles sewn shut and then placed over each other to be cinched in the middle with a matching banding. I researched skating and dance costumes, and found that a raw edge on the skirt was the best choice to allow my costume to drape appropriately and look as accurate as possible to the character art. purchased my tiara from Catzia’s Collectibles. Everything else was either 100% made by one of us in the group or heavily altered (for example, shoes and gloves).

Personal Thoughts:

a dash of Sailor Senshi, metallic spandex, LMFAO, and you get this hott mess. so much FUN!!!!!!!!!!!

Styling Notes

I had to add wefts to the back because it was too small :( and style the bangs / curl all of the hair hanging... im getting a new wig this thing is a hott mess..
