Construction Details:

I wanted to make something non-sexy, non-gaggy and warm for Halloween this year (cus it fucking SNOWED last year) so I decided to make a costume inspired by this little guy: http://i.imgur.com/1cCnx.jpg

White stretch velvet bodysuit from eBay, white monster fur from Distinctive Fabric sewn into leg and arm warmers as well as the open-back vest, white holographic spandex and craft foam sheets for the wings (with satin stitches for veins), attached to the furry vest at the shoulder seams. Antennas are two gold ostrich feathers trimmed into shape, compound eyes on head are plastic x'mas balls covered with black glitter and attached to wig by clips.
