Personal Thoughts:

I don't consider myself a great Heather, but I do love her & she's one of my favorite SH characters, so I hope I'm passable enough! Heather's costume was relatively quickly put together by me a few years ago. Really only had to make the wristbands and alter a vest/skirt/pair of boots I already had. :)
