About this Costume
Construction Details:
The wig is from cosplay.com's shop - Hime in dark purple. It's a little too dark and short but it worked ok. The jacket was made from vinyl. It was made from a normal jacket pattern, altering it slightly to make the tab in the front, then the extra fabric cut off. The sunglasses bought from a kiosk in my local mall, the body suit is from a racer back swimsuit pattern which I altered then cut the extra high cuts after it was finished. I used a lycra swimsuit material. For the pants I don't remember but I know I wanted shiny and something different from the body suit and I was limited on material so I ended up with this. It doesn't stretch which was a bit of a problem, but not too bad. I couldn't find any boots like I needed (shopping in the wrong season) so I made boot covers from the remaining vinyl. The belt was one I already had and I just covered the silver buckle with electrical tape then clear nail polish to help keep it from peeling. The gloves are a pair of work gloves from the Dollar Tree that I cut the fingers off and took in some. The gun was also from the Dollar Tree. There are a few things I need to tweak for the next time I wear this but I think it turned out well.
Personal Thoughts:
I love the major and wanted to cosplay her but the first season outfit was way too risque for me so I opted for this still-sexy but less-risque design.

Hime
Original Color:
purple
Styling Time
1.5 hour
Wig Quality Rating
4 / 5.00
Styling Notes
I trimmed the bangs and ends and also made it choppier. I also used hairspray to make the bangs fall into the right shape and a straightening iron because the ends were curled under
Wig Review
I could've gotten a wig that was a bit longer but it's very comfortable to wear and the style and color look good on me (in my opinion)
