Construction Details:

The skirt and shirt I already owned. The scarf I bought at the thrift store as with the shoes. The loose socks I made from cotton tees. The jacket is also from the thrift store and is a couple sizes too small which fit with her form-fitting uniform.

Personal Thoughts:

I did this some time ago, before I started using wigs.
