About this Costume
Construction Details:

brown vest: made up the pattern as I went, it ended up pretty wonky. I did all the quilting on the faux leather on the machine. What am I doing with my life?
Tank top: shirt from my closet, neckline was altered, boob seams were the original neckline binding. (can I say I hate this material....?)
yellow jacket: got at good will, cut off sleeves, ultra tailored and neckline expanded.
Jeans & belts are store bought
Chaps: corduroys because it worked with the art style. they were full pants that I put over the grey pants and then cut and fitted them to be chaps
ECHO: a battery operated glow stick secured with nylon straps on top of my leg holster
Arm tattoo: flesh colored swimsuit fabric that was sewn to fit my arm and then stretched over cans and such where I drew Lilith's tattoos onto it
Chest and hip tattoos: Sephora's jumbo eyeliner. It was fantastic and stayed on awesomely and all but it took like half of it to do just those.... and for $12 that's sort of no bueno...
Pistol and health vials are made from water guns
Psycho mask is made also by me. Its a pepakura I found with swim goggles and computer fans
Weathering notes: I used really cheap eyeshadow in browns and reds and just dusted like crazy and used it to accentuate some... ahem body parts
Personal Thoughts:
This started as something I made to surprise my boyfriend when he came back from out of town (since he loves Borderlands and Lilith so dearly) But then I got really into the project and had a lot of fun with it.
Mostly everything is second hand but all that was really fun to alter and work with too!
