Construction Details:

♥~Swimsuit~♥
I bought the swimsuit top & bottoms from Target. (I got the bottoms in the summer of 2011 and finally found the top spring 2012.)

♥~Tropical Flower~♥
The flower was from a stem of faux flowers I got at a craft store. I had to remove the flower from the stem & attach it to a clip. I made the flower clip before there was an official paint job for the figure hence why it's orange, since that made more sense to me.

♥~Hair Clips~♥
I drafted from scratch a flower pattern based on all my reference material. I then for a lack of time made them from wire, fun-foam, and metallic paint "armor-style" to get that metal-ish look.


♥~Sandals~♥
I bought a pair of white sandals on clearance from a Walmart in Atlanta, GA while there for Dragon*con 2012.

Personal Thoughts:

Ever since I saw the preview pictures for Mami's Beach Queen figure during the summer of 2011 I knew I had to cosplay that variant. It was refreshing to see such a simple design for swimsuit for a character plus I love Mami & Madoka Magica & one can never have too many swimsuits. :3
