Construction Details:

Both the shirt and pants were purchased, but I had to hem the pants and sew the stripes to them. I painted the W logo on the shirt and added the red zipper. The wig is the same wig from my Teen Titans Wonder Girl, but I added a blonde bang clip to it. The bracers are craft foam with silver contact paper.

I added a blonde bang clip that I bought on ebay.
