Construction Details:

I needed something to wear out to a new restraunt and a show, so I quickly made this. Although, when I say "quickly made", please don't confuse that with "badly made", because it's not. In fact, it turned out wonderfully. I love how the sleeves turned out, and the ruffling around the bottom!! Ee!
