Construction Details:

After the first two claymores, for reasons that cannot be explained, I decided I wanted to make one more full claymore armor.

Construction took only a couple weeks this time, new sword was made in two days about 16 hrs work time.


Was made with same methods as the first set, vacuum form pauldrons and back packs. Silicons mold for the wings on sword and backpack were already made so just casted a couple more for this cosplay. Smaller armor pieces are made out of styrene and expanded pvc board

Finished off with automotive paint, both armor and sword.
