Construction Details:

Ooh, I saw the fansub of WHR and I really liked it (not too keen on the dub though), so I had to make the outfit. The hardest part of this outfit now is finding the dark gray fabric ~ it always seems to vary depending on what I can get a hold of... The skirt is probably the funnest part of this one, because it's so *full*... I mean, it trails behind you and floats when you walk.
