Construction Details:

Shirt: 4 piece gypsy pattern that I found on E-how. If I find the pattern again, I will post it here.

Skirt: This is a series of circle/ellipse skirts. There is one layer of champagne silk, a layer of champagne tulle, and an elliptical skirt from red fabric. There is a gathered band around the waist.

Hat: This is a teddy bear top hat with some small hand sewn accessories. It's attached to my head with a ribbon.

Staff: I picked up a wooden dowel, 2 balsa wood stars, and a wood stair topper. The topper is glazed to give it a bit of shine. The red strips on the staff are fabric glued down.

Gloves/vest: These were lying around.

This rendition is based on the 2012 PowerPivot series (note the pink hair), but elements come from her many different variations since she first appeared in The Quest to Slay the Bracket Problem.
