Construction Details:

Stripes. Oh god, the stripes. I had to sew each of the stripes together in an alternating pattern to create the bodice. The skirt is a basic bubble style skirt. Everything is fully lined. The parasol was something that I'd had lying around for years that I just painted the shield design on to.

Personal Thoughts:

By far, one of the most AWESOME costumes to wear! And because deep down in his heart, Cap just wants to wear a pretty dress.
