Construction Details:

Made the shirt from scratch, hand painted the symbol and it ties on, the skirt I recycled from a UW cheer costume and added the purple waist band from the same material as the top.
Belt by Guess and I spray painted it a yellow/gold with Valsar paint.
The arm band was bought off ebay and I painted the stripes on.
The leggings were bought off ebay.
The socks picked up at wal mart (Dr.Scholls)
The shoes are Rebox Toning shoes that I bought over the summer. I bought them for the COMFORT factor and they'll work for normal Juliet Starling. :3

The hair bands I found at the dollar store and painted the white stripe on.

I found the head at Goodwill and painted him male. He was female. It took me an hour to do! I also cut and styled the hair, my dad drilled a hole and installed a clip thing and I used a strap I had on hand to carry him since it was impossible to hold the skirt up with the head itself.

I do plan to improve this costume within the year for Sakura-Con and any private shoots as well. :3 hopefully I'll have a chainsaw or something!

But total cost is under 70$ (before chainsaw)

Personal Thoughts:

So, I'm satisfied and unsatisfied with this costume. It needs work.

For one thing: No chainsaw. I need a chainsaw.

Another thing: my paint smudged a bit and it makes me sad. :(
The V shape isn't perfect, and I need to work on it (re-sew it)

I feel like I'm not in shape enough, my waist isn't as tiny as I want it to be, I also want to cut the shirt lower as well. :3 I think that would help immensely.

BUT, I love this character, game, and it fulfills my cheer-leading dreams.
