Construction Details:

Nothing was really hard, just very, very, very time consuming.

Gems= 10 hours
The whole thing took almost 20 hours.

The top is an altered and elongated strapless formal dress top and made from Charmeuse Satin as well as the hair accessories, the armbands. The skirt(s) are just layers and layers (26 to be exact) of gathered tulle. 3 yards per 1 layer.
