Construction Details:

The suit is made of a modified Burda pattern. All the teal is cotton that I dyed to be the exact color that I wanted. The shoes were originally black that I covered in the teal fabric and attached straps. The skirt was hand pleated, ironed and attached to the white belt and closes with a zipper and snaps. The front and back bows are navy gabardine and attached with pin backs. The gloves were made without a pattern and remade at least once. I love how my costume came out, even if I am slowly working on fixing and making a few things better.

Personal Thoughts:

Neptune is always one of my favorite characters. This costume was one that I have wanted to do for years and never had a reason to until I started to cosplay.
