Construction Details:

Decided to make this costume the day before I left for Otakon. Best decision ever. It was incredibly easy to make, just the three different dress pieces sewn together. It's lined on the inside too. I didn't even need a zipper. I found an old white turtleneck and some socks and shoes in my closet, a little bit of pink ribbon for the hair ties and a wig I already owned. Done.

Did it for the lulz.
