Construction Details:

I sort of hacked a pattern together for the top and the skirt is a super-simple knife-pleated skirt. The stripes are all painted on with paint colors I mixed myself. :>

Personal Thoughts:

I made this in two days because I had white fabric and wanted something new to wear to the event I was going to in Tokyo. Considering the circumstances, I'm pretty happy with the results. I also learned that I can hem three meters of fabric (by hand) in less than three hours. That made me feel pretty rad.

Styling Notes

I trimmed the front to create the fringe.
