About this Costume

Costume Breakdown:
-The ears were made from vinyl, screen door screen, mid-gauge wire, and fur.
-The vest and pants were made from a mid-weight cotton. The vest also has carrot-ribbon trim and a lace up back for fitting purposes.
-The jacket is made primarily of gabardine with a polyester lining. Each of the tabs is edged in piping. All the buttons are hand covered in charmeuse and edged with a twisted purple cord. Twill tape was hand-stitched onto the right arm.
-The belts are two pieces of vinyl back to back, with based tape edging and eyelets. The chest belt has a more traditional buckle whereas the hip belt has a circle buckle with a bunny skull and crossbones on top that was made out of model magic.
-The scarf, the belt sash, the under sash, and the wrist cuffs were all made from a plaid flannel. The edges were all cut and fray checked for a damaged look. The scarf also has two appliques on it (a spider and a lizard) that are made out of a lightweight calico cotton, heat'n'bond, and red beads.
-The boot covers are made from vinyl lined in charmeuse and edged in biased tape. The laces are a purple gross grain ribbon. - Personal Thoughts:
- Elliot's so cool. *_*
