Construction Details:

Most of this costume is stuff that was bought/modified; the only things that were really made from scratch is the shorts and the tie. Emily found some great wide-rib red turtlenecks which we took in and hemmed. The hat was a zebra print cowboy hat from Party City covered in felt and bias tape for the oversize "stitches".
