Construction Details:

For the hooded robe thing I used my kimono pattern, also used for the mini sleeveless kimono. Its trimmed with leftovers from the original Tenkou outfit. My normal bathing suit and board shorts under it all.

Personal Thoughts:

I made this for my club's cosplay on the beach 04'. Its my own variation on one of her regular outfits for the beach just for fun! Two nights before I went to the fabric store and got a blue pattern and cheap for the robe and went with a very pale blue for the mini kimono. Add blue ball hair ties and a beach ball and I played all day! Oh, don't forget sunblock! Even water dragons get sunburn!
