Styling Notes

Two Jareths were purchased, one Spanish Brown and one Pure White. I cut the skin top off of the white wig and off of the brown wig, then I sewed the top of the white wig to the bottom of the brown wig. Next I set the wig in curlers, and lightly steamed them with a clothing steamer. I pulled the curlers out while the wig was still damp, so the curls would fall into softer waves like the reference. I then volumized the wig by spraying hairspray on the roots and backcombing. After I obtained the right amount of lift, I finished the wig with a green headband.

Wig Review

The Jareth ended up being a bit short around the top of the wig to get the amount of volume I really wanted, but it ended up being the right shape for Rogue from MvC3.

The Jareth isn't really made for a crisp hairline and if not for the headband you would be able to see the front few wefts.
