Eyes: Blue Dolly Circle Lenses and Dolly Wink Lashes
Crown= made of Craft foam and hot glue, resin coated. The gems are all resin casted myself. Took me 5 tries to get the red gems on there. After the earthquake in spring of 2014, the old crown broke from the damage so I remade the crown from scratch. The gem settings are made from my own silicone molds
Brooch= I got alot of questions asked on this one. I started off with a 99 cent Christmas Ornament that's been cut off, and did some blue "slush casting" on the inside for color. Top it off with some craft foam for the edges and you're done! Its super light too!
Wig= bought on eBay. It was already pre-styled a bit though I emphasized the flipped out parts and the mutton chops (the sideburns).
Dress= using a 6 hoop crinoline for added volume. I used Crepe back satin for its entirety. The ruffles in the front of the bodice was a pain to gather (both the pink part and the white). The dress is combined all in one: the top, 3 tiered skirt, dark pink hip drapes and the Cinderella drape. The gold part was painstakingly HANDPAINTED on with the aid of freezer paper.
I'm not gonna lie, the dress it self weighs 5lbs or so.
Umbrella= Took a Bubble Umbrella and putting on the matching satin on top of it to match.
Earrings= Ping pong balls. - Personal Thoughts:
- Love Mario series especially SMRPG and Smash series.
