Construction Details:

I can never get turtle neck style dresses/shirts right, they always come out a little loose on the neck.. but nonetheless, was pretty simple to make the dress, used a cotton twill for the white I think? The colors were scraps from my fabric box along with borrowing blue and yellow from my Yui and Ritsu!

Styling Notes

Came with tight curls, used a straightener to loosen them up and make it more wavy than curly. Clipped off a bit off the ends since it got longer when I straightened it.
