Construction Details:

Everything is made by me. I custom patterned the dark blue dress and the apron thing. I tea dyed the apron to give it an aged look.

This was my first time working with fur, and since I was paranoid about machine stitches showing through, I handsewed the pelt.

Personal Thoughts:

Ghibli was in town to host their film festival with all their beloved classics showing on the big screen. There was a costume contest, and I figure I'd dress up from my all-time- favourite Ghibli movie.

I loved being San, and it's an easy costume to wear and run around in compared to some of my other ones.
