Construction Details:

Everything here was patterned and made by me, except the boots which I bought and altered. Bikini top and shorts are stretch PVC. Jacket is made of pleather with spray adhesive details instead of heat n bond. The belt is strips of pleather that I studded. It all was semi time consuming because of having to be delicate while sewing the PVC, but otherwise straightforward in technique! c:
The base rifle was bought on Amazon, and then I custom made the shoulder hock, barrel, and strap! I'm pretty psyched about it! :D

Personal Thoughts:

Gurren Lagann is one of my absolute favorite animes and I LOVE Yoko, but I honestly didn't think I'd cosplay her... there was only one condition I would... and it happened! xD I was in the middle of the Nevada desert (at Burning Man, no less!!), and couldn't NOT cosplay TTGL.
