Construction Details:

I did more modding than sewing for this costume - I glued on feathers, gold trim, the hearts, etc to the top and sash for the skirt. I put together all of the gold accessories using ribbon (will soon be remaking them with a more sturdy/lasting material!), and modded a wii gun!
The wings were bought as I ran out of time to make my own.

Personal Thoughts:

One of my favorite cosplays to wear! Panty is just so glamorous and badass, I love her so much <3 I'm very happy I decided to cosplay her.
