Construction Details:

was made for Team Kissu's Velvet Room Cafe to match Electric Lady's Elizabeth.

the base jacket is made from a twill that I quilted myself - so, there is a layer of batting between the shell and the lining. the whole jacket is lined, though not very well - it was my first attempt at lining a jacket and didn't go well, but I learned a lot about what not to do! the rings on the front panel were embroidered by Eshiza with her embroidery machine - the night before the cafe, no less. the rings I had ordered didn't arrive in time so we had to improvise. because of the time constraint there are a few details missing which will be added when I complete the costume for real... when I have time.

Personal Thoughts:

buhhh I don't really consider this completed. in the process of being re-done, it's just not super high on my priority list

Styling Notes

The wig was VERY curly right out of the bag - like River Song from Doctor Who! I ran it under some hot water a few times and brushed it out gently to make it less curly and more like the softer waves Margaret has.

Wig Review

good quality, lovely thick fibers and very natural looking. just a pain to try and brush through.
