The outfit is a simple black dress made from semi-stretchy black fabric with a zipper in the back. The earrings were styrofoam spheres layered with gel, painted with shimmering blue nail polish, and glossed over. Pokeballs made by Jia!

Blue is the femme fatale of the pokemon specialverse, I hope I somewhat did her justice. I adore all the Pokemon PCs, so when Megan told me she was bringing Red, I just had to attempt her! Girl powers and Kanto 4!
