Construction Details:

Socks were ordered from The Sock Dreams.org
Shoes were recycled and I spray painted them purple+white and put blue laces in. These shoes are NOT comfortable really. :(

Hoodie dress is extremely warm and comfortable. :) The hood is actually too small for my head so I can't wear it up at all. Lots of fabric glue was used. The zipper works but doesn't unzip all the way so I pull it on over my head.
I made the accessories using craft foam, fabric, and other cheap materials to keep costs down.

Personal Thoughts:

oh man.... I love Neptune, I love this game. I have the artbook :3
I may update it later on and do a different version or remake the hoodie from scratch down the line.

Styling Notes

I cut and styled the wig using curlers and hair spray to make it a bit flippy. I cut the bangs and the hair into an a-line bob.

Wig Review

This wig is pretty comfortable and easy to style. But sometimes the curls fall out, and I couldn't get it properly flipped out like I wanted.
