Construction Details:

This was worn at AX04 and AX05. The wig is the same as for Riza Hawkeye, which explains a lot. ^^; I couldn't really afford decent wigs back then. I patterned the shirt from scratch--the hardest part of that was the sleeves. The piping on the shirt I sewed and flipped by hand, which was incredibly tedious. I only had 1/2 yard of skirt fabric, so I had to improvise, and I'm unsatisfied with the boots. The sword was $6 and was made of craft foam, cardboard, window blinds, and duct tape. =D No wonder it died after one convention. The whole costume altogether was $26--lol I wish I still spent that little on costumes nowadys. XD Anyways, I ADORE Chris Lightfellow--I wish there were more female characters like her. One day I want to make her armor outfit too.
