Construction Details:

i made everything but the wig lol... it only took me about 5months... or less hand sewed. the gun i made not in this picture was made out of foam with places to put lights in and out.... the wings are foam with feathers all over and LED wire underneath.

Personal Thoughts:

i really loved cosplaying panty
but hoping to remake the costume
