Construction Details:

the suit was made from a corset pattern that I sort of ... mashed with a tracing of a pair of underwear. I don't even remember how I did it XD it was pretty advanced for my skills at the time, especially considering I used a knit and didn't struggle with it much at all to my recollection. the bunny ears were made with the knit and white fleece from my fabric stash, with wire inside attached to a headband. [again, before I discovered heavy interfacing] the collar and cuffs were made from the same fleece, with the buttons from Mood that I salvaged from my England cosplay. the heart pin was made with the cardboard-like felt from Michaels [you know, that stuff that's almost exactly like heavy interfacing], the knit fabric, and ribbon. the tail was made with fleece stuffed with fabric scraps and covered in feather boa ribbon. the bow tie, like the above, I patterned myself and I can tell you with near certainty that I didn't put any interfacing in it.

Personal Thoughts:

was supposed to be for a Code Geass bunny girl cafe that I ended up not attending for reasons I do not like to disclose. finished it up for SabotenCon 2010. fun to wear but I don't think a damn soul knew who I was supposed to be. :P I basically only wore it because Mary Elizabeth McGlynn was there, but I was wearing something else entirely when I got the chance to meet her.
