Construction Details:

Used a Simplicity pattern for the underbust corset, and the base dress is a McCalls pattern. Boots were originally black, which I sprayed red and the helmet was bought online and spray painted blue. Shield was a Christmas gift from my best friend last year. The dress is fully lined, and can be worn outside of cosplay as a regular dress, with a snap at the top of the halter, and a hook and eye above the zipper.

Styling Notes

Steamed out the bangs a bit so I could re-curl it and make it wavy, and attached using spirit gum.
