Construction Details:

Made both armors in about 4 weeks from drafting to construction the first time around. I am not happy with them will be remaking quite a bit of both.

Made out of EVA foam, the mat kinds, 1/4" closed cell foam, and hot glue. I heated with heat guns, cut with an X-acto knife, but these have to be right first time you cannot clean up the edges. I recommend scroll saw or band saw if you cannot make clean precise cuts. The boobies I made a mold for, heated it and hand formed it, took both of us to do this. I then turned them over to Turi for paint.

Personal Thoughts:

EVA foam is not my favorite thing to work with, I am not happy with this not one bit will be fixing it up, remaking a lot before I wear it again.
