Construction Details:

First attempt at suit jackets, also first attempt at lining anything. The suit jackets are okay. The lining is miserably horrible. But I have two secret inner pockets and no one sees the inside anyway. I'm glad I was so picky about the color as the blue we finally found ended up being perfect. The rest of the outfit is bought or previously owned. I wear flat converse while my sister wears high heeled boots to adjust for our height difference. Most people never even notice.

Personal Thoughts:

This has sort of become my signature cosplay, not that it was intended to be. But man, something about cosplaying Hikaru makes me more full of mischief...
I would never be Hikaru without my sister as Kaoru.
