Construction Details:

Made using a cheongsam pattern and pink wool suiting! My mother made the dress, but I made the hat and we styled the wig together. The boots and gloves were purchased and the earrings were made to fit my 2g stretched lobes.

Personal Thoughts:

One of my favorite costumes! I even got to meet Doc Hammer and Jackson Publick! They said I was about the perfect height.

Styling Notes

We teased the fiber and sprayed it in place with Got2B freeze spray. The curls were done with Got2Be Glued and bathroom caulk. The original wig has floral wire underneath to support the curls.

Wig Review

Not the best wig for this, although it works. Really I just made it harder than it needed to be. My newer wig is a Monica by New Look, I think.
