Dress is the wrong side of some heavy satin, with the inner skirt being the right side. Bias tape is some crepe-back satin and LET ME TELL YOU HOW MUCH IT SUCKS FOR BIAS TAPE. It took me longer to make the bias tape and put it on than anything else.
